Bar Bacoa X Clase Azul have teamed up for an exclusive tasting and food pairing on Thursday June 6th from 7:30pm - 9:00pm. Enjoy an evening of exceptional Mexican food and world-class tequila and explore the history behind this lavish tequila.


Distinguished by its opulent, impressive presentation and lavish price tag to match, Clase Azul was established to be more than just another tequila. Made by founder and tequilero Arturo Lomeli, Clase Azul was crafted to embody Mexican luxury. In fact, they boast one of the most expensive tequilas on the market. Priced at $30,000 a bottle, one of their collections features a design studded with amber and 24-karat gold and became Clase Azul's most expensive offering. Clase Azul’s scope of tequilas and mezcals are made with Blue Weber agave grown in the highlands of Jalisco and a rare agave found in the mountains. All of Clase Azul’s tequilas are housed in handcrafted ceramic bottles that are painted by Mexican artisans. Each bottle takes at least two weeks to make and includes elaborate carvings and paintings that honor Mexico’s history and culture. From the painted vessels to the tequila inside, each decanter epitomizes and captures the heart and soul of Mexican heritage.
